The second link is the asset explorer that shows all assets created on the burst blockchain, you will even see ones in there that are long gone, it pulls the information from the blockchain and puts it into that sweet looking user interface, since anyone can launch an asset just by clicking a button ot two, you will see all those in there. We have removed any posts that are promoting the assets in question though as said in video.

I'd purchased a good amount of that asset, and I would never have touched it if I knew it was issued/run by a minor. The verification on the asset announcement did inspire confidence. How could a minor be approved for asset verification if they aren't of legal age to enter into business contracts? That sounds like FRAUD to me. I did my diligence, and was misled (by way of withholding a HUGE piece of information).
Is there any recourse for us that got burned here?

Pay attention to amendments that have been made since, as some do apply. Particularly in regard to discretion that the court does, in fact, have in some cases. It'll come down to a judge's decision on whether or not they find it reasonable to hold the child financially responsable. Given that these kids are obviously into digital currencies, it would be foolish to hope that a court would find any large stash of money they might have stored away.
