None of this seems fair to me, and I'm not willing to steal people's money.

Basically I have worked so hard and all I get back is a huge slap in the face, just because I am a minor.

But I guess what's done is done, now we all have to live with our decisions.

Including the one I made to stick with my assets. It feels like I have no one backing me here,

Do you realize that that is exactly why people don't want to trust their money to children?

Your Youtube channel is public, no breach there. You put your face on the internet, deal with it. That lasts forever, just like all of your internet shenanigans.

technically this decision is above the community. and we should follow every other piece of legal documentation on minors setting up businesses or buying shares. because if it ever got legal its going to follow the suit of current laws that are currently in practice. they aint going to say. yeah well. lets let the little tykes handle 10's of thousands of other peoples money. when they cant be held liable for stuff this serious. especially when theirs no warnings telling them of the consequences of there actions.

also you can generally trade BTC and altcoins at any age. Some exchanges require you to accept TOS, where it's written that you have to be over certain age, but it won't really matter to them if you're not. The only problem you might have is if the exchange gets hacked or loses your funds, because in such case they could ask for an ID and bank account/ address to repay you. Also if they lose your money it will be hard to get it back (TOS violation on your part).

there must be a legal reason for them having this in their TOS.

with these options i still feel the option of under 18 years old and only with consent being the only option here. otherwise we could get 12-13 year olds without there parents consent. have a situation like what happened to RapidFireMan

Without a doubt this has to be regulated by a more strict verification process. Ultimately this will fall on the Burst community as an entirety, regardless of where the problem occurred. I think if there was a policy to be a Burst member for at least 3 months it maybe a start. Regular commitment to the forum/s prior to verification of course. Although this would have to be an agreement across all major sites.

I can't believe it's been put to a vote on the other site. Well, actually I can, at this point. There is far too much risk involved in allowing minors to run assets. Regarding the option to allow under 18 with permission, what would that entail? Video chat with mommy, making her agree to be financially responsible, should her child spend the investors' money on his girlfriend?? Yikes! I get that there are rare gems out there, but this just has me shaking my head. This kind of thing could really turn a lot of people away from investing in BURST.

I dumped my asset because I panicked when I saw this, I thought no one would buy any more shares at the price they had been listed, or other people would dump them for very low prices.

And for that I apologize.

HOWEVER, I am going to make sure everyone gets their money back, plus extra from profits I have earned. I am planning on doing this by the end of April this year.

I am not stopping my Elite Asset though, it will continue to bring money in from mining.

Now I ask you this, prove it. From what I have been told, you were supposed to have a skype call to Identify yourself and possibly have your asset approved, which, talks ended abruptly when you told Adam that you were underage.

So, I ask this of you right now. Prove where he threatened to destroy your asset, or go back to the other side and make a public apology saying that once again you have lied to the community and that you have fabricated stuff up.

Sounds like he offered a fair deal, to me...though your comment is hardly 'proof'. Do you think it was unfair to ask you to prove that you own what you claim, like everyone else here does, or are you mad because he questioned your mental health?

I was happy to have a Skype call with him, but he has not replied to me since.

It's kind of hard to arrange something when the other party is not willing to take any action
