The private info that has been distributed here are not in line with that kind of reasoning. It shows no malicious intent, or necessary practical information . it just shows some sides of his personality. So to answer your final question: Yes, the severity of the situation does decide what should remain private. the name of your first pet isn't as severe as your intent to kill your next-door neigh-boor. It's mostly unwritten rules though, and you can draw that line any way you want. I just felt like this particular example crossed MY line.

There is a big difference between "I will kill her", "I'd love to kill her", and "I intend to kill her".

One of those expresses desire, the other 2, intent.

Murder was chosen as an extreme, but it could have been replaced with any other harmful act. I guess theft would be a more fitting example for those who found my first to be a little too 'out there'.

The discussion in question was a BUSINESS discussion, making it very appropriate. How he handled the approval process that assets need to undergo here is something that potential investors have every right to know about.

The way he behaves in private is however not a harmful act or intent. It's fine that you feel this way if this is 100% your opinion. You have yours, and I have mine.

Yes I noticed it says your location there, but I'm not sure about Canadian law regarding malicious intent, ergo my statement

Hmmm... ok. Well, you're playing the role of devil's advocate well enough, but that's just fancy talk for trolling.

Scrap my first example, because I'm playing a game of hockey... now the same guy is telling me he does not care at all about rules, has every intention of breaking them, and will not stop until he gets what he wants. I tell him that's not ok, and he repeats himself, insisting that I accept his cheating habits and clear disregard for the rules that help keep the game fun and safe for all... I tell the rest of the team, and they ask for proof...

You see where I'm going with this, no need for me to finish...

I just feel as though I am being treated as a scammer, and the admins are trying to make people think that I am a scammer for whatever reason.

It may have started out as a sort of a crowdfund, but it is not just people donating to me, they are getting profits back.

I've been dealing with people like you for long enough to see through your attempts to manipulate perception, MisterBurst is not the only one here who can hold an intelligent conversation without resorting to the tactics that you go to when you have no answer... in this thread, I mean.
